Nika | | | Cassidy it came together! I made it from 15 painful run miles per week in May, to finishing the Roth Ironman on the fourth of July. My run time 3:27 was a bit slower than I wanted but it wasn't my foot that slowed me down, it was my under trained quads that started cramping in the last 10k.
Results 9:18 42nd overall 1st in 45-49.
I'm sure I would not have even started if you hadn't set me up with the massage ball! I still have light dull pains in the rupture and cuboid areas but I would think that has to be from the healing of damaged bone and tendons.

| | | .....For me physically my legs are felling amazing and I will not do a workout without doing some TP work in advance. My super sore and tight IT band is now no longer tight and sore. I was not even going to work on that as my hamstring was the main issue but now I can put all my weight on the Quad Baller which was impossible a few weeks ago. You helped me with my pain in my inner thigh when you guys were at the Country Music Marathon expo in April. You used the TP Massage Ball on my quads and then showed me how to use the quadballer. I wanted to let you know that I ran the marathon with no pain. I had been experiencing aggravation for about a year until I came to you at the Expo. I just knew the issue was my hamstrings!! Boy was I wrong. Anyway, I was so looking forward to you guys being at the Expo because you had helped me previously at a Chicago Marathon expo with piriformis issues - who would have guessed the soleus! Anyway, just wanted to thank you that was my 20th marathon and I want to run for a long time and I know I can when I educate myself using your products and your website (sooo helpful!)

Sunny Hansbarger | | | I emailed you months ago to give you feedback on your product, I was supposed to send a pic and never did! Sorry! I received your product last Christmas as a gift. I was having some calf issues, etc Always have tight IT Bands...Anyway, I have not had to take one unscheduled day off due to soreness or injury since getting your product-and these last few weeks I have been going hard getting ready for some early season races. It has attributed to the best consistency I have had ever in my training. It is absolutely worth every penny. Even my massage therapist may order it for herself since she gets tight giving massages all day. Just thought you'd like to know!

| | | I met you at the Marine Corps Expo. I had injured my IT band 2 weeks before the marathon and I was still having a lot of pain. I had pretty much decided I wouldn't run, even after training for 6 months. I was very disappointed, especially since this was my first marathon.
You spent about 25 mins with me, showing me what the real cause of the problem was. I used the footballer, ballerblock, and massage ball the night before and the morning of the marathon, and I am proud to say I did finish.
I remembered what you told me about form, and even paying attention to that during the race relieved my pain.
I have continued to use my equipment on a regular basis, and I have slowly worked back up to 1/2 marathon distance. I couldn't have done it without you! I thought my running days were over.
I meant to contact you as soon as I got home, so I apologize for taking so long to let you know what a great product you have developed. I probably will go ahead and get the quadballer soon.

| | | I am a total believer in the products of Trigger Point Technologies, I can't say enough about Cassidy and his products. I have had an aching achilles tendon for the past 5 months and have done everything from massages, acupuncture, orthodics, ice, heat, stim and stretching..nothing was working. 2 days before IMC (I didn't think I was able to compete), Cassidy worked on my calf for 10 minutes on 2 different occasions. It felt incredibly better after the first treatment and I participated in the race and it hasn't felt this good in 5 months. I was concerned post race and the pain I would feel but the Achilles still feels really good. I am proud and thankful for the efforts of Cassidy and Trigger Point, in fact, I am almost in disbelief of the quick impact it had on me, so much that I am going to buy the package for my Podiatrist so he can recommend it to his patients. -Nancy Crang | | | I am Kit's friend that you saw at the river today, Jay Lott. I worked with "The Ball" all the way home, and after I got home, and I must say it's pretty amazing. The neck pain I told you I always have after a bike ride is gone. There is a little stiffness, but I think with a little more time it will also go away. My upper and lower hamstrings feel 100% better, and the deltoid problem I have also seems to enjoy the therapy. I can already think of ways to use it while I am in the office. I also think it should make training less of a grind knowing there is some relief to be had at the end without a 1 hour massage. Thanks for turning me on to "The Ball".

You helped me with a medial foot problem by using the roller on my achilles, which are as tight as Jack Benny's wallet was, I was out running in the marathon and had no pain in my right tendon, very close to the end of ther marathon my left foot (compensatory) felt the pain, has not returned since and I'm elated. Thank your wife for her message help and for calling your attention to my special need. The Footballer and Quadballer definitely helped get me through Ironman. I booked my first Ironman races in 2006. Both Lake Placid and Panama City Florida in one year, pretty ambitious I was told for my first year of Ironman. This required me to ramp up my running mileage a little more quickly than I wanted. I was very aware of any aches or pains so that they would not turn into major injuries. Started getting massage and A.R.T. treatments for the first time in my life. I was starting to get shins splints as well as an aching sensation in the back of my knee that could not be accurately diagnosed without an MRI. It was during these treatments that I learned about trigger points and the need to release the tension at these points. I didn't have time for treatment on a regular basis, so I started to work on these trigger points myself just using my hands, and "The Stick". I was able to keep things somewhat under control, but always felt that I was on the verge of a significant injury. I was concerned about permanent damage to my meniscus because of the ache in the back of my right knee. I knew this was a symptom, but not the root cause of my problem.
After getting the Trigger Point "Total Body Package Kit" from you at Ironman Lake Placid, I was able to more effectively work on these trigger points and adhesions. Your products work very well. Your six points for runners manual showed me additional areas to work on as well as proper technique. It also reinforced my understanding, and provided additional information, on how problems in one area of the body affect other areas. It works, and I'm not even that dilgent about using them every day! I now have more confidence training for Ironman Canada 2007. I know that if I use your products, and am smart about my running, the chances of a running injury preventing me from participating, or even worse, not continueing in the sport, are significantly reduced. Participating in an Ironman requires a pretty big investment in time, equipment and travel. I would highly recommend your inexpensive products as an essential part of every triathlete's equipment list.
